I’m going to piggy back off this thread rather than start another. The past two days I got to try out my DenaliPro for the first time on my P3-1000. Had to make a few adjustments and one of them was trying to get the feet to land flat when the plow goes down. The shortest side on the stop blocks gives me the most vertical position but the feet are still tilted forward a bit. Has anyone run into this and have a fix? Do I need to grind the edge of the blocks some? I have a number of steep drops in my driveway and I think the plow would ride better if the feet were perfectly flat to the ground - or even a bit rearward tilted.

The way the blocks work it seems like the best fix is to grind off 1/8” on the shortest side - or find something else to use for stops. Hoping someone has a solution. Wonder if this tilt is a widespread issue - or design?
Well did some modifications on the stops. Initially I ground about 1/16” off the short side of a block but realized it wasn’t near enough. I replaced the blocks with some 3/4” nuts and that got the small side of the plow foot vertical but the large side was still leaning forward. I then put a 5/8” nut on the large side and it’s still tilted…. I’m guessing that the two feet mounts must be fabbed up different or bent or something? (Brand new plow). So at this point t I have the drivers side foot vertical but the passenger side foot still has tilted forward. I did find that just the small change in stop thickness makes a huge change in spring tension - to the point that the original threaded rods couldn’t be adjusted tight. I had to buy some shorter threaded rods at Ace. I also had to make major shim changes on the feet to get the blade off the ground a bit.
i believe the current set up is better than it was but I’m at a loss for why so much modification is needed to get the blade to sit correctly. I don’t think I’ve installed anything incorrectly and my machine is bone stock. Is the plow just made incorrectly?
