I'm going with the Tusk Terrabites, 27x9 for the fronts and 27x11 for the rears on factory 2021 700-4 Deluxe 12" wheels. I should be through the stock tires by the end of this coming summer. Ride mostly fire trail 2 tracks, light sand, dirt trails and blacktop pavement in northern Michigan. The blacktop really is hard on the factory tires! Terrabites seem to be durable enough by reviews here and the sizes should look good while maintaining the stock handling/steering on the soft ground around the area.

So getting a bit mixed....messages. It would be okay if I went 27x11x12 on Tusk Terrabyte on my 700-4 Deluxe factory standard rims? That way I can rotate them....vs. going 9" wide on front and 11" on back.

I think the factory rims are different offset so you wouldn't be able to rotate them. If you want to rotate tires you need to get some aftermarket rims that are 5+2 offset. If you get those aftermarket rims then the back won't be as wide as the front so to make up for that you can get wheel spacers on the back.
I don't know, but the factory probably had good reason to do different width tires on front and back, as well as different offsets for the wheels. My though is not to worry about rotation as the wear on my tires appear to be pretty even so far. Additionally, should the back wear faster, due to fixed axle, I'll just buy a fresh set for the back.
As for a spare, I would buy a front matching wheel and tire. Should I get that flat tire I would just use the spare on an emergency basis to get home, not worrying about offset or width.

Thanks for all the input. I went w/ Tusk Terrabytes 27*9*12 and 27*11*12 on stock rims. So bigger all around and wider in the back. Gave me about 1.25" lift .... we all know what an extra inch can do.
No they do not rub, even with my mud flaps and I think they look awesome. Could be me but I would swear they also are easier to steer (I have power steering) but they seem to grip less on front. Bonus. Thanks all, I was considering the Coyotes but took someones advice to buck up for these. I fully expect more than 780 miles on these like I got with the stock ones.

Looks great. I got about 600 miles on my stock tires and now have 3400 on the tusks and can probably go another 2000
