They are EXTREMELY easy to change out. The door hinges do have to be removed to change the bushings. I had about 1 inch of play in the driverside upper bushing. News one fixed that and the rattle at idle. 30 minutes with my 4yr old helping.

Jusitn, do you offer a set for the 4 door models or is it just ordering 2 sets?
Also are there bushings on the tailgate? It is pretty loose too, especially when unlatched.

The bushings come in sets of two doors, So yes you would just order the two sets. As far as the tailgate I am not sure if there is bushings in there as well I can take a look and get back to you. Have a nice day looking forward to making another happy customer!

Here is a video on how to replace your rb3offroad.com doorbushings. I made this video with a pioneer 1000 but the door are the same as well as the steps to replace your door bushings. Thank you!

RB3 thanks for coming up with these bushings!
They make a huge difference in the doors. No more door rattles, they open and close much nicer too!
Very easy to install need to use a 6mm hex key for the hinge bolts!

Have you figured out how to keep the rear seat while folded up to stay that way, in the storage position, mine keep coming and creating a loud slap?

You use a 10mm socket. No Allen.
If those are the same garbage 10mm bolts used on the door hinges for the P1K, I would advise you to replace them with hardened flange bolts. Also, don't use power or air tools to remove.

Two of my eight front door hinge bolts stripped (the head) while attempting to remove them with hand tools. They went into the trash and were replaced by Class 10.9 flange bolts (roughly equivalent of SAE Grade 8). If/when I have to remove the bolts for the rear doors, I will do the same there.

And...
Get a gripper 10 mm socket.
Hanson 53904 Irwin HAN53904 10mm Bolt Extractor Amazon.com

If not, get a set of Irwin easy - outs, drill bits and a drill, enjoy removing them.
If you replace them with Class 10.9 flange bolts as previously detailed, you won't need bolt extractors down the road.

Of course, you might need the above to GET them out ... but mine didn't start rounding off until they were already broke loose, so it was easy to remove them the rest of the way with some Vice Grips (and junk them immediately).

Did you order the bolts online? If so, can you post a link… I rounded out two of mine on the back doors
