P500 eBay glass windshield

This windshield frame you can purchase on eBay. It’s 270 shipped from Canada. You then have automotive glass put in it once you receive it. The seller claims the glass is typically around 100.00 depending on the model. He makes these for numerous UTV’s

Well, I ordered it... One of his reviews were from a P500 owner. He gave a good review of the product. I just couldn’t see spending 400 to 500 for a plastic windshield. If this works out, it will be one and done. I’ll keep everyone posted.

One of his complaints on his reviews, he’s not real quick on the replies. Not sure what you are asking, this one fits the P500. If you go to his eBay store he has all sorts of other models he makes

The post said he had one available, but it said don’t worry about that because they manufacture them. I’m assuming he will repost another or sale.

You don’t order a certain windshield, a local glass company will cut and install. We have a local company that installed glass into a Polaris UTV hard cab which broke. They cut it and fit the glass good as new.

If interested I sell a full glass windshield. My windshield has a flap on the bottom that will open and close for ventilation. Its made with 1/4 inch laminated safety glass. Thank you.

Any auto glass shop can just cut a piece of laminated safety glass and install it for you. I had a glass shop cut 2 windshields for a P700, and they installed one of them in the frame, think the total was $80 or so for everything.
Most people wouldn't believe how cheap auto glass distributors buy the stuff. Probably one of the highest profit margin products there is.

$80 for 2 windshields, and one of them installed. The gasket / rubber should come with the windshield frame on this.

This frame comes with everything but the glass. I should have the frame on Feb 27. I will get th glass installed and do a full review once it’s installed.

Do you know if the hood can be removed without removing the entire windshield? I really like this option (very affordable ) provided the hood can be removed.

The looks of it from the picture, I doubt it. But at the time, I would rather have the glass windshield and not have hood access, then have access but a less durable plastic windshield
