Looks like Costa Rica, seeing as they are imported into CR, who knows what the costs associated with that are.

you can get a NICE Mercedes in Europe very cheaply compared to the US.

Yes although its road legal so blinkers/horn/reverse light/mirrors and all that jazz but thats standard on the LE anyway I think
