So which tire size works the best without modification? 235x75x15? does that seem right with adding 1 inch spacers rear.

We bought the 28’s first for our 3 seater then sold them for the 30’s with in a couple hundred miles. The 28’s are 27” y’all and the 30’s are 29”

What was the reason for switching to the 30s? I have read a lot of people saying that going over a 28" tire results in fairly noticeable loss power.

If going to the 30s, all you need is the SATV forward arms?

The 28 inch Terrabites are not much bigger than stock tires. We went with the 30s and there’s hardly any power loss as the vehicle still pulls great in all types of terrain. The only thing needed is super ATV arms to get them to fit. They are anywhere between 28 1/2 and 29 1/2 inches tall depending on what kind of air pressure do you run.

I'm torn between the 28s and 30s then. I prefer to keep my COG as low as possible, but a little more ground clearance I guess would be nice. I am mostly using my Pioneer for hunting and wood cutting along with occasional trail rides.

Definitely go with the 30s. You will not be disappointed. On my other pioneer I’m using the 32’s and kept the center of gravity low by trimming some fenders instead of adding lift.

I talked to @Koda and he said when he buys new tires he’s going to go from the 28 inch up to the 30 inch Terrabites as well. They will ride smoother and the added side wall also helps to prevent pinch flats.

Okay, you talked me into it. haha. This thing is turning into an addiction for sure.

For the SATV front arms, you get the upper and lower ball joints from them as well?

I ended up pressing the ball joints out of the stock arms because I figured it would be a waste as I would never use those arms again.

It’s pretty basic. Not near the mods as the other one. If you’re concerned with stability you could always do a 1 inch wheel spacer all the way around.

Thank you.

Basic is clean though. For my needs it gets things done. I'm pretty sure I've watched some videos on youtube of it. Only other thing I plan to do to mine is put King shocks on it.

Definitely going with 30 in Terrabites soon. Been satisfied with the 28s but need a little more clearance. I've put about 1500 miles on these with very little tread wear. I highly recommend them.

What about Sedona Rip Saws? Doug who does the ATV Television YouTube channel, raves about them, Great traction, wear well, and superb lateral traction.

Might I suggest the Berserkers!! I’ve had both the terribites and now these and I really really like these berserkers. They’re heavy in a 30” but they’re very true to size when mounted on the machine. I would suggest anyone not wanting to add forward a arms to try the 28” berserkers!

I’m more than happy with the Evos they grip well enough on rock to crawl but do well in mud too. Even the sticky peanut butter goo we have here in Alabama. They aren’t a mud tire but they are a good jack of all terrains.

Thinking of terrabites as well on stock setup. I believe I am going with 28's. What width do you all recommend on the front? Same width all the way around or skinny on the front?

If going with 30” terrabites, do you have to do SATV arms all the way around or just the front? Thanks!

Just the front will get you the clearance you need.

Just do like i did....buy 2 sets of wheels and buy BOTH. Evo's and Terras are both great tires for different reasons.

EVO what? I had a set of stock size 8 ply EVO's and busted a front tire, but they were stock size, went with the Black Waters, no flats, poor asphalt wear front and rear, about worn out out at 2000 miles, but I like them!
