I tried several times to buy a replacement door for my Pioneer 500. They would not sell the aluminum frame even though I had the part number nor would they sell one door. I had to buy 2 new doors so I could replace my passenger side door that was sprung.
Glad to see at least this has been addressed for some models/years.

They fit poorly at best. Passenger side shuts but has gaps, drivers side requires force to shut. All components installed by Honda techs. They even commented about inconsistent quality of Honda accessories and said only full doors for $2700 will give decent seal. Go figure.
