I just installed the MudBuster flare kit on my 700 P4 and haven't had a chance to get into the Mud yet. I did notice in the rain (on asphalt / concrete ) it made a huge difference in reducing the amount of splash coming up from the front tires, but the rear tire splash is not fully blocked and is being flung up and forward to passenger area. Based on JoeyMT's experience in the mud, I would have to agree the rears should extend much further back! I'm curious how my 26" Maxxis tires (with +2" offset wheels) will do on the rears in Mud? I had a RZR 800 that used to flip mud up from the rears and it too had extended fender flares - I found the only way to totally stop Mud flip is a full rear wheel rear flare and a mud flap. Out here in the dry West, it's not as much about the mud as it is the heavy dust and small rocks being flung up into the rear passengers - extended flares can make a world of difference ! If I had to do all over again, I would order the larger width version. For the price, the Mudbusters are well built and not a bad looking flare - much better than anything I could have ever fabricated in the garage. My recommendation is anyone with aftermarket wheels (+ offset wheels) should consider ordering the larger width flare option. While the rear flares may not yet be perfect, there is really nothing else out there in the market for the 700-4. While ordering from the company, I sensed the company had a very strong commitment to total customer satisfaction, so it wouldn't surprise me as more of these are sold, and they gain customer feedback, the company will continue to improve the product and offer it's existing customers the opportunity for the upgrade parts. Overall, I'm just happy that someone finally came out with a set of flares for the 700-4.
