Update, I received a Tusk tool from Rocky Mt ATV. While it fits in the wheel hole unfortunately it is either a 14 or 15mm thin socket and the lugnuts require a 19mm socket. I see no way even a very thin 19mm socket will fit in the wheel hole because the lugnut points themselves almost touch. The wheels must be incorrect, the stud centers line up but the wheel stud holes are too small. So back on the phone with them.....

Don't know exactly what problem you're having but many of us have learned the hard way that aftermarket wheels require splined lug nuts, essentially keyed. I have ITP's and when I got them I couldn't put them on. Ordered splined online and waited a week or two to get them. Found out later that you can go to any O'Reilly's or AutoZone and they have them on the shelf. Come with the tool and I wanna say they're 12mm-1.5's?

OK so a cap nut with a key that engages the end rather than over the side of the nut? That design should work. Rocky Mt now says I need ITP lugnuts, looking at them on their site they are longer with the tapered section threaded and the longer part that extends out, or at least partly out, being smaller. I should have them Monday. They're not charging shipping and credited the Tusk tool. If these don't work I'll search for lug nuts long enough they protrude out beyond the wheel so they can accept a socket.

You could have those wheels on tonight.
Thanks trigger! The O'Reilly 45 minutes away appears to have them. But at this point I'll just wait as (hopefully) something similar is on its way from RM ATV. I'll have to suffer with the stock tires for another few days.

Congrats, go to Tillamook State Forest, stay at Brown’s Camp campground and go explore those trails. They’re marked by easy to difficult. Great place to ride! Excellent place to ride your new machine and learn it’s capabilities.

Your dog looks happy there. Dogs and SxS's just go together!

The problem I had with my ITP wheels not fitting was indeed that I needed longer, thinner lug nuts. The first tech person at RM ATV didn't realize that, the second one (and trigger) did, and now I do. :). RM ATV did come through though, they credited the tool and told me to keep it, and they shipped out 16 ITP lug nuts (no freight charge) yesterday afternoon (Wed) saying I'd receive them Monday. They arrived today via FedEx and the wheels are now on!

Congratulations from Montana, I like the Red color my 2016 P500 is also red. Mine is just prior to the auto-shift versions but I like the manual shift with the paddles I always know what it is going to do unless I am making a turn on the streets and forget that the left paddle is not a turn signal lever, that will shake the coffee from your mug. By the way, do the P520's have cup holders big enough to handle something bigger Bull Energy drink can?
Nope, cup holders are still small...

Congrats! I'm trying to find one close to me. If anyone knows where I can pick one up in the middle of country, please send me a message. I can't find one in dealer inventory in any of the 25 closest dealers.

Rob,
The best thing I can tell you to do, would be find a dealer that will take a deposit on one and pay the deposit.
