I had installed a firestorm heater in another machine back in 2018. When I did my Honda build I did heated seats but learned even enclosed these hot machines get cold inside in the dead of winter. Even though the heated seats are nice it wasn’t where I wanted to be at and now after 3 years of Talon Ownership I motivated myself for the install. I used the firestorm kit but with a rocker switch from inferno as I don’t like the three speed round switches for this setup. I also had to modify my dei heatshield as well. Let there be heat. Do yourself a favor and get rid of the T-fittings.

Put 1 heater hose on the oil cooler nipple and the other on the water pump ripple where the oil cooler hose would normally go.

Yout basically just putting the heater in-line of the system.

Inferno does theirs that way.

I’ll look into it but probably won’t be changing anything. Using the t on the oil cooler in the rear and adding the hose puts the hot coolant from the engine through the heater core. So it’s before the thermostat. Then the other side of the core returns to the return line through a T. It’s as hot as you can handle.

I added a electric coolant pump inline, works awesome to get the heater warmed up quickly, especially on the 4 seater. Think it's an Audi/VW application but you can get them for under $20.
