We went to River Run atv in Jacksonville Texas this past week. This was the first time I actually climbed big hills and rocks. The p500 did great and I was able to fly up the hills way faster than my cousins p700-4. The p700 really surprised us too! Huge hill climbs! More like small mountains... At one point the trail we were on was so bad I was driving completely on the side with only two wheels on the ground. I have more pics coming.

Somebody explain why the 500 can "fly up the hills faster than... p700"

I am really partial to the blue.
I will say this.

I bought the 2 seater because:
1. I knew I could seat three across the bench seat
2. I didn't really like the seats being in the bed
3. I didn't need the extra seating
4. I could save $1000.

Now I wish I had bought the 4 seater because:
1. I can use the extra seating
2. I like the additional ROPs
3. Re-sale value is higher

I will add the 700-4 had 2 people in it, 3 coolers with probably 200 beers, 20 pounds of Mardi Gras beads, extra clothes, and some other junk! We were all impressed with the p500 and the 700-4!!!

200 beers, cutting it rather close aren't you? Next time be more prepared.

Well I did have a cooler on mine with about a case. And a Polaris ranger with us had a cooler with probably 100 or so beers. We had 9 people in our party. We ran out the second day. Won't happen again! I'm switching to this cooler... LOL

Do not use that cooler unless you put baffles in the keg. When the keg draws down your P5 will be hard to handle without the baffles. If you don't use the baffles be sure to consume all the beer before traveling.

That ride ate up about an 1/8th inch of brake pads. Metal to metal... I checked them before we went there... 319 miles is all they lasted...now just waiting for my pads to get here!

Where I ride it is very hilly, I have about 270 miles on mine and today it sounded like mine may need pads. I am hoping its just dirt or a rock, but sounds like I may need front pads.

Fronts are simple. Go ahead and order a couple sets from d2moto. Honda pads are $160 at the dealer for just fronts...$24 front and back from d2moto! They have good reviews too!

Got my brakes done. Was easy. The rears I just checked from the bottom with the skid plate off. About 90% of the pad left on them!
