Got a question for they high drunken minds!? I've got a bead lock that is leaking. I've took down and cleaned, used bead sealer, and step torqued to 18 pounds 3 times and the bastard still leaks. Any suggestions? Is not bent!

@sugarray is the new @JTW on Facebook. Get em Sugar!

Ha, ha!! She posted that here too and we never got answers. I'm not an electrician, but I do find it hard to believe a cold machine is just going to ground out and catch fire. That would be the first. The roll cage clearly looks like a Pioneer 1000, but it's still fishy. Then they blame Honda for not taking it away or giving them a new machine. Just aggravating!

Dont remeber where i seen It but somewhere there were a thin uhmw ring, like 1/4" thick the diameter of what ever wheel size you are running to give the outer ring of your beadlock extra clamping force against the inner part of the rim to stop those slow pesky leaks

Yeap! Just me but who borrow that much money and not have insurance? Who would park it so far away from the house to just go inside for a few minutes! Really handy to have to phone ready for the pics.

Did you pressure it up right away or let it cure first?

I've cut or punctured my Roctanes several times and one of them was cut right under bead lock ring. I went to the same thing you are thinking it wasn't sealing. I ended up having to put a patch on the inside.

Maybe you got something similar going on?

Bubble checked the whole thing. Just small bubbles around the ring. Takes three days to drop below 5 pounds

Try slime.

I used slime in one of my wheels that has a puncture on the inside of the wheel. A rock got between brake and the wheel. It sealed up, it still holds air. It is now a spare as I bought a replacement tire and wheel just for safety reasons.
