The easiest way to flip them back over is to get a 2x4 or a long thick stick put it under the shackle on one side and pry up with one end on the ground and about a quarter of the way up on the stick will be leveraged against the shackle push up on the stick and it will pop back in place . It only takes about 10 seconds to fix it.Had the shackles flip on our tandem axle trailer, noticed it leaving camp. Don’t know the proper way of resetting the damn things safely without a jack but apparently it takes 30 minuets of off-road behind the pickup to get them situated.
