Hard pull to the right

Just started having a random pull to the right. Will come and go it's not constant. Tires inflated correctly, jacked up and tried to wiggle wheel thi king maybe a bearing bad. Nope. Pull wheel off and brake pads are shot. Caliber is pushed all the way it looks like. Any ideas what I should be looking for?

Forgot to put make of bike. It's a 2010 big red 700

Sounds like it’s the caliper was hanging up. Install new brake pads and see what happens.

Might want to install new caliper

Make sure the caliper pins are clean and greased, caliper should slide freely on its pins without binding.
