For our cage builds we model with solid works and bend tech. These were only modeled on the 1st 2 end bends and the rest was manually figured due to the tight bends and offsets ect. its a 6 op part believe it or not lol. cold saw, bender, upright band saw, bender, manual mill, welderAwesome!
Do you model everything?
What software?
SW? Autocad? Bendtech? Tubecad pro?
Has anybody run a center Harness that would be used for a kid?
I dont think this would work for a small child. I think you would have to add a headrest to this bar to keep a small passenger from hitting there head. If your talking forward facing carseat, this would be a great spot to tether the top of the seat.Has anybody run a center Harness that would be used for a kid?
You would definitely want a booster seat of some sort to get their shoulders level with the bar or slightly below.Has anybody run a center Harness that would be used for a kid?

You make yoursI use a child harness in the middle with an added head rest that is lower than the oem head rests. I don’t see why you couldn’t do the same.
