For the absolute rock your socks audio you need to talk to @trigger - He can offer suggestions to let your rig be hear in the next county. Well maybe not that far but he is an excellent audiophile, and has kick a$$ sounds o his P5.

Easiest way for bass on the 700 is this guy. Wasn’t a fan of ssv speakers though but you can choose the box unloaded as well. They have small enclosures made for the 700 also.
In our 1000 we still run this box from our 700 however it’s been highly modified for the 1000.
Currently running mtx sub powered but a Rockford Fosgate mini amp 300/2watt. These are very efficient amps great for Sxs application. Above pick can see sub followed by the massive blue capacitor for voltage control and the 2 fosgate amps at the end.
You can choose a sound bar and they aren’t too bad if you add bass. I went with 6.5 infinity marine with separate enclosures directly above head. They are powered another Fosgate at 300/4.
For head unit went with JL Audio and used nothing but preamp for a much cleaner sound. This is a very clean system and rocks.
There are so many different setups out there, guess it comes down to time and money on what you want. Everyone wants a little different, I wanted a very clear system so went with good quality components. It is loud too that’s for sure

No real answer for what's the best, it's always a matter of opinion. If looking for an all in one unit and then a separate sub, check out Wet Sounds. Like CP, I went for a component system which allows for higher quality components and cleaner sound. Can cost more going that direction and will be a more involved install but after the initial set up allows for more options and additions or swaps. Keep us posted on what you go with and if you have any questions just ask.
Thanks for all the info. This is all great stuff to look in to. As far as the conversion kit for the headlights I'm trying to find exactly the one that will fit my 700-4.

A battery is just reserve power, when the engine is running the stator/alternator is picking up the load and charging the battery. If you turn on enough to overload the stator output then it'll draw from the battery for the extra demand. All of that stuff on without the engine running will drain a battery in short order.
