Just installed the new highlifter rear arched A-arms on my pioneer last night. The install was quick and easy the only problem I had was highlifter did not include the two 10mm lock nuts that are needed for the bottom replacement a-arm bolt that attaches the armsw to the wheel hub. I made a quick trip to the local hardware store and picked some up for $.80 cents.

Looks good. I need some arms for the front due to my Evos rubbing on big bumps. What is price of the HL compared to SuperATV?

Do you have to change axles or anything else or are they a direct bolt on?

Both the front and the rear arched a-arms are a direct bolt on upgrade. You will not have to change your stock axles to use these arms.

I believe superatv has adjustable camber.

High lifter doesn't. I wish I would have got the super ATV but they weren't out at the time

Basically when you lift any kind of vehicle it changes the angle of things.

When you add these a arms and a lift kit, the tires aren't straight up and down anymore (camber)

With high lifter arms you are stuck with it. It just means the inside of the tire is going to wear slightly faster.

It's not really a big deal, but I would rather have the ability to adjust camber AND toe rather than just toe.

If you ever plan on running a lift, new suspension, or something like that, something to take into consideration.

I have the HL lift already and was seriously thinking about the HL Front & Rear arms. Do you currently run a lift with your HL Arms?

High lifter 2.5 inch and front a arms. 30 inch intimidators on 14 inch msa vibes

I'll get some pics of camber. It's minor, but for the same price it's a bit of a bummer.

I think the superatv uses a special ball joint. I'm not super sure.

And again, it's minor. I don't regret my purchase in any way. I regret buying upper fabric doors, not the a arms. If you like the highlifter stuff and are brand loyal or like the looks better or whatever you won't regret it.

It's just would you rather get a car with ten more horsepower that was identical in every way including price? I would.

Super ATV and CATVOS both use threaded rod ends so they are adjustable. I may have a pic....

This is CATVOS with the spherical rod end that is threaded for camber adjusting

This is a pic of the SATV. you can see both are threaded.

Do you regret the catvos? Was it worth the crazy amounts of money?

They're built like a brick s*** house and they were the first on the market with arched arms.

They are guaranteed forever and they're the only ones that I know of that moves the front tires 2 inches versus 1- 1/2 inches for everybody else.

If I were to start over today, I would buy super ATV at all four corners. However, I'm glad that I have the CATVOS up front.

I'm not a fan of the Heim joints for my type of riding which is a lot of mud and water. They pretty much have to be greased after every ride.

Screeeeeeew that dude. Same reason I won't have synthetic winch rope.

I'm a low maintenance kind of a guy. I grease my stuff every 2ish to neverish years. Give or take.

That's how often I clean my winch cable as well.

Also why I can't have nice things....

I have been considering trying a more high-end heim joint instead of just the basic. You can get them with grease fittings or Teflon lined or made out of a harder mater which should take more abuse. Now with that said, I have changed two of the cheapo's in over a year which is not too bad.

But, like I said, if I were to do it again today I would buy the super ATV arms.

I'm with you. I recommend the superatv as well. They aren't any different than high lifter other than adjustable camber. When I bought my arms high lifter was all that was out (for cheap arms)

I believe that super ATV is the only one that moved the rear wheels back 1.5 inches. That's another bonus for some people. My 30 inch tires would rub the mud busters in the rear.

Woah... I had no idea they did that. Mine don't rub at all though. That's cool.
