P500 Homer Simpson quality control

I picked up the machine and OEM 520 doors back in May and just got around to unboxing the doors....what in the actual fock. Can anyone identify this bug??

The quality control is major lacking, just gonna deal with it I guess at this point...its focking sealed in the window...bout to be changed from the Juicebox to the Fly Trap (no homo)
