P1000 Honda Pioneer 1000-3 dust problems

I have a 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000-3. I have the full cab with full windshield. I have put foam or tape over most of the cab openings to block air and dust however I still get a ton of heat and dust from behind the seats. Has anyone came up with a good solution for this? Can the seat back be removed easily to try to seal up these holes? Tired of being covered in dust!

I know this most likely isn’t what you are expecting, but the best solution to dust and the heat is to ditch the cab. The windshield isn’t doing any favors either.

I only keep the roof on and have a rouge power screen on the front to help keep the bugs from hitting me.

An under seat fan helps.

I used a piece of 1"id Rubber plumbing pipe wrap (not the foam) though the foam would work.With a piece of 1" foam backer rod placed inside of the rubber wrap to give it a little stiffness and to keep it from collapsing. I cut all of this to the width of the cabin behind the seat and stuffed it into the gap. We did a dusty ride last Friday and it worked great, no dust or heat. All of these materials are available at your local Home Depot.

Well the best way to fix has been said, remove enclosure pieces. It’s nearly impossible to get enough sealing that it won’t bring dust in like pretty much any sxs. And the heat, well your sitting on the engine and the more enclosed the hotter it’ll get. Like said fan under seat will help.
If you’re keeping everything together you need to find a way to pressurize the cabin with outside air to help some. A scoop/vent that’s open in the forward direction on the roof or an open front window to cram fresh air in. Sealing helps a little but you need pressure
We rode with a guy in Idaho that was hell bent on running full cab (even though it was quick to pull off) on a 100+deg day with only side windows open. Needless to say he didn’t last long at all and went home early. We all stayed enjoying the ride.
