I haven't been married 38yr (yet), but I've got a good start. I married pretty young, as in I was 17yrs old back in 1995...

So that means that I've been married 24yrs of my 41yrs years on this earth, come April.
(* oldest son is 16... just thought I'd throw that in there. - we married for L-O-V-E)

We fished ALOT that first 8 years.

I kind of married into high society, they tried to get me to drink wine with my little finger up, and finally my Father in law gave up and went back to his roots, redneck, we got along great after that! HA!

What's weird he passed about a month before our oldest son was born, after my son gained a year in age and I started taking him fishing, he caught right on and became to act like his Grandpaw he never met, to this day he acts more and more like him? Uncanny!
