What size winch do you have? Which cover do you have? How does it fit? How's the sun treating it? Last, but most important, How's it look?!

I'm shopping for a cover for a Terra 4500.

Not to be a smart ass but really...why? My winch looks better than some cheap cover. It's made to be weather resistant. I have a synthetic cable...?

I don't have one, but doesn't that synthetic line require maintenance that may be lessened by your winch having a cover, just asking???

Oil that cable up and dont cover it...Covers trap in debri.which in return keep moisture on longer....and that corrodes $#;+ up. Besides your supposed to show off that sweet Terra

Ya know, maybe I'm wrong about the cover. Your idea does kinda appeal to me.
Yet, I have this OCB desire to cover it.

I'm sure it's just to keep it from drying out.
Getting soaked and then baking in the sun...
most materials will decompose eventually.
