I love this site. It is so helpful searching back through the forums. A ton of great info and inspiration. I love the switch plate idea so many people use in the space with the warning label. I am curious about using the dummy slots in the bottom of the dash. I assume those are cut outs to install switches but don't see too many folks utilizing those slots. Is there a problem using those slots or do you like having the switches higher up and accessible? Would love to see your switch layouts. There are so many different options.

The 4 empties on the right can be used and fit common rocker switches.
If you have the base model, you may have 3 larger ones to the left. Those won't fit and need our adaptors.

Was hoping there wasn't a reason people don't use those slots
Mainly cuz now a days the auxbeam switch plate is easier to deal with. But what your doing works just takes more wiring and such.

Exactly what I want to do so heck yea. Thanks for that. Was hoping there wasn't a reason people don't use those slots.
These slots? ;) Mine are almost full. That last blank will eventually get a bypass switch to run the second battery accessories with key off.

I like them, but they are a bit hard to find/use while at speed. So I’ve got the blinkers up on the added in panel from crossroads3D. Highly recommend them as the stuff I received was very nice. Switch Panel for 2022 Pioneer 1000 - Crossroads 3D

Yes. I like the way it looks and was wondering why more folks don't utilize them. Good point about hard to find while cruising. Thanks!

I use them all ! Lots of work to get it done if you use lighted switches. Almost 70ft of wire added under the dash to get it done. Auxi (as Remington suggested) they sell in store is so much simpler and quicker.
