I have a 2017 1000-5 Deluxe. I just broke the drum flange on my 4500 lb Warn winch. While installing the new drum & cable, I noticed that the winch drum was not centered in the fairleads that are mounted in the bumper! When the line is spooled all the way to the left (facing the winch), the line is loaded against the drum flange instead of the fairlead. It appears the winch is offset about an inch towards the drivers side of the SXS. It was all installed by the dealer new, and is Honda equipment.
Any body else have this issue?

You posted this question on someone else's introduction thread. I think you'll get a better response from others if you start a thread of your own on this topic. I'm sure others may have an some insight to offer on your dilemma.

Been reading a few months now and decided to join up. Bought a 1000-5 with 60 miles on it about 3 months ago. Had a lot of extras already on it but I can see already that it will be a labor of love (and money) lol. Got a few ideas for it already. Glad to be with good company.
