Wow, I love it buddy! Did you find the mines?

Great, I hope to see some nice pics!Mines are today if the rain burns off.
Sounds great, welcome to the club!I was in that area this past summer, just north of you in Lake City (our 3rd Vaca with the wheelers up there.) If you get a chance the Alpine Loop is incredible, there's a road you can ride on to the loop from Creede and then go to either Lake City or Silverton. It'd be about 100+ mile day though. If you go to Silverton there's a mine tour the Ol' 100, its a great tour, if in Lake City there's a Mine Shaft tour and exhibit just outside on the Alpine Loop. Have fun and keep the pix coming.
Mule deer doe in the lower left picture in no hurry to get away. Got up right beside the trail.
Funny, I notice the same thing when I'm on my property in New Mexico. I'm use to the white tail we have here in eastern Oklahoma which are very skittish by comparison. Must be very easy to hunt mule deer. So are you back in the heat and humidity? I just returned yesterday afternoon and boy do I miss the Rocky Mountain weather!Mule deer doe in the lower left picture in no hurry to get away. Got up right beside the trail.
It's amazing how blue the ski gets in the Rockies. I took this one at my property not long ago!Heaven on earth in our P1K today.
