I have the Superatv glass windshield. The grommets are junk, ripped immediately when installing. The Phillips head bolts are too long and nearly touch the plastic on the bottom mounts. I installed shorter allen heads to make removal and installation easier.View attachment 463032View attachment 463033

I do agree the grommets are cheap, I was able to get some heavy duty upgraded grommets from a friend helping me out.

Same here. I got the same windshield from SATV and those philip head screws stripped immediately along with the grommets falling to pieces. Outside of that, the windshield is great!

Well the "work in progress" has had more work added to its progress. Rear passenger tire popped off while making a left turn. Rolled us up on the passenger side and then over on the roof. Gotta pop all the plastics off on that side to realign them and had to order a new door skin. All my passengers were uninjured and the Talon only took a $225 hit. I on the other hand definitely took the brunt of it all, so a set of beadlock rims are now added to the things to order list.

It’s a shame but it happens and luckily the damage was minimal! Hopefully you're doing alright. Stay safe
