The 2012 and 2013 have the belt drive air intake from up under the dash. The 2014 on get the belt drive intake air from the rear cylinder head area. The 12 and 13 had a fan to pull the hot air out of the engine cover. 200 + degree air too cool the belt is not good. I installed the 2012 parts on my buddies 2014. Keeping the speed above 15 mph helps belt life. Kawasaki quality is good but there are hard to maintain. You have to remove the gas tank to change the belt.
Have a 2012 Teryx-4 bought several years ago for the grandson and his friends to ride, noisy, pita to change the belt, not very fast, no power steering, around 10K miles now, dependable starts and can follow any trail I take with the P1000
