Kawasaki KRX Take off's

Buddy of mine wants to sell me his Maxxis Carnivore 31 x 10 x 15.......(cannot buy these retail).....to put on my 21` X Live Valve. Therefore ending this battle in my head of 30's or 32's. BUT... One tire has a plug in it. How much faith should I put into a repair? Plug/patch, Slime......gonna run stock wheels. 100 miles on the Carnivores.......?

A plug... or plugs?
Sidewall or tread?
A single plug in the tread area I wouldn't worry. Maybe replug it with a internal one.

I second hondasxs and further would recommend if it’s a plug take it out to a reputable tire shop and have a patch plug put in from inside they pull threw from inside out plugging the hole plus a patch on inside so the plug doesn’t leak I have ran these for years no issues never leak

I have a plug in one of my stock rear tires. Zero issues with it. I wouldn't worry at all about it.

I have had zero issues with two plugs in my Pioneer for over 2 years. Talon hasn't needed a plug, yet.....
