Install was easy enough,the bolts for the dump bed are extra tight fitting.... and just do one side at a time!!! 🤪

you put the brackets on first, then attached the bumper to the brackets, right?

Welcome from Ga and Congrats on the ride and a spot-on game plan for mods. X2 on running the heavy guage wire to the hood whenever the skid plate is taken off. I did 6 guage full copper, price per foot from automotive store.

Just got it on, and you were dead on. One side at a time, dang those bolts were wedged in there tight...Thanks for the help.
Got to put the last of the easy stuff on the P520 Friday (roof, mirrors, windshield) and rode it a bunch this weekend, just shy of 100 miles. definitely not clean anymore. very impressed with this little guy. with the narrow ATV trails we have here I'm very happy to have gotten the little 520. Last image is the only picture from the weekend on the trail. it was the very first bit of dirt the 520 saw as we can drive on the roads here and I drove it to the trail a few miles down from the house.

Word of advice- my half windshield from Rocky Mountain - Tusk brand - they recommend do not tow your P5 on an open trailer with the shield installed- flexes a lot at highway speeds and could break it.

Thank you for the advise on the half windshield it's easy to take off so thats not a big deal.... still not sure about the Honda roof though....

LandofCheese - Welcome to the club. I ride the Oconto and Forest County trails a lot, 155 miles today. Put in at Suring, had lunch in Crandon. My P500 turned over 11,000 miles today. Wonderful, dependable fun machine. Hope to see you on the trails. My machine is also red---as they say---fastest----39 miles per hour!!! You will love your P520.
I’ll be in that area next weekend, I usually ride in Iron county. i’m looking forward to seeing Oconto and Forest counties

Line a bird cage with them, maybe? Might not be strong enough for that, though.
