With more lights more battery power would be nice. Anyone install a larger battery in your Pioneer.?

Glad to be of some help! And just a word to the wise, I'm already considering upgrading that 6" to a 12" or more. I knew this would happen!
Hahaha, funny how you always want bigger, better and more on these darn things!!! I like the lights switch panel cover you put in, may have to do that to mine, that plastic is thin and the more switches I put the more its gonna wanna start caving in lol. I just installed a rear light for those late night rides so I can see what I may be backing into.

Looks good @TimmyBoy84 ! As a matter of fact my new plan is to relocate the 6" light to the rear for a reverse light, basically exactly what you did. Reason being I found a 26" light bar that was pretty reasonably priced so I grabbed it. I have a feeling once the 26" is mounted up you won't be able to tell if the 6" is even on!

In the last two pictures you have a light bar mounted right above the hood on the backside of the dash. How bad does that vibrate or shake? Or did you do something to solve that problem? I want to put one there too but am concerned about the rigidity or lack thereof

Bad without something to steady it, I used a piece of aluminum flatbar as a washer on the underside about 1"x3", then it steadied it up significantly. The 42" roof lighter is braced to the windshield.

View attachment 6239 First thing was to mark where the switch will go on my switch plate.
I picked up my 700 on friday and have already ordered lights. Can you tell me where you got your switch plate? Excellent location on the light-- that will serve 2 purposes - light and may prevent a stick from getting into the radiator.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Like Tramgauge said Mystic makes really nice pates, lots of members have them. I made the one you see myself out of 20 gauge aluminum sheet. If you have a rivet gun, Dremel tool (for cutting out switch holes), and a way to cut the plate to size (I think I used a plasma but something as simple as tin snips could work for light ga. Al.) it's pretty easy to do.
