How are y'all running the wires for light bars and stereos that are mounted overhead? I don't want to drill my cage, but at the same time I don't want to zip tie wires up my cage either. Anyone have any pictures of their installs?

If your worried about seeing the wire you could use black shielded wire. I took my roof of and wired the speakers where the roof covers them. You only see speaker wires on the front by the driver side.

Just cover them up with mud. That’s what I do.

But really, if you run them up the passenger side tied inside the roll cage, it’s barely noticeable. But some people have drilled holes in the roll cage to run the wires all the way up.

Thanks. I want it to look at clean as possible. I know it will get muddy and all, but I don't want wires to be caught in trees either.

I went through same thing you’re going through right now. I really didn’t want them visible but at the same time I did not want to weaken the roll cage by drilling holes in it. So I ran them up the passenger side rollbar but to the inside so it did not hang on anything and it has been fine for me.

One other thing, some guys run them under the floorboard and up the roll cage behind the seat so it’s much less noticeable.

Did you zip tie them?

I did. I used the zip ties the late flat and don’t have the knuckle on them.

They are called low profile zip ties.
