Nice work!Got tired of the old look . So using some 18 gauge from the hood of a old square baler and some light tubing from a tread mill I made this bolt on bolt together front bumper . Sure added a beefier look to the machine. Used cereal box to mock up then transfer to the metal .

It sure makes the machine look way nicer . I have a rear bumper [home made ] already and have also thought of changing it up a bit as well . BTW you've taken time to cut wood for your mock up .Now that's classy , compared to me just using cardboard . Going to look nice when it's done .Slowdryrider
What you did to your ride has really improved the look. My stock bumper is slightly different then yours, but it still had that wimpy look with the single bar out front of the tire. Here is what I have mocked up. I do not have an old square baler laying around, So it will take a bit of time for me to make it from metal. I like the look so much that I am going to do a similar box bumper on the rear

Thanks, I usually use cardboard like you, but it wouldn't hold its shape for me to figure out the angles. Now I have a solid model to take to the local metal shop when they bend the steel for meIt sure makes the machine look way nicer . Very good job, it looks great. I dug up a piece of 11 gauge outta the steel pile 2 weekends ago to do the same build somewhat except I will leave the winch behind the bumper.Got tired of the old look . Thanks, I really like the look It took some fooling around to get it to look like it was always thereGood job!
Nice workWell it took awhile to finally get to it, but here is the end result.
It is formed out of 1/8" thick steel and the back side is boxed in around the factory "pipe"

I just have to finish hooking up the marker lights
The tailgate opens and the bumper does not hit the exhaust when the box is up
thanksVery nice @NorthernJoe
