P700 Loosing up

I have my 700-2 for a year now. Have not did to much trail riding till. Now. Went riding yesterday and I kinda went a Little deeper in the water then I wanted. So went to clean it today. And it just feels different as in loose not so stiff I did get water in my rear diff so I changed that today moved the diff vent higher then where I had it
And seems like it shifts different also. Is it just me and don’t worry about. Or. What could it be

It’s 2018. Bought it brand new last year. It had 225 miles on it now

Check the oil to see if there’s water in it?

Check all fluids and if everything checks out, ride it. There have been some reports of the machine “waking up” after x amount of miles.

engine oil is. Clean still like new. Front diff is like new. Rear did had got a lil water in it. Changed it. So now it’s news.

As others have stated, the 700 will wake up all of a sudden. Mine did at around 300 miles and it was night and day. You also have a two stage shift map on your 700, one for cruising and another for aggressive driving. This isn’t selectable, the electronics change it based on your use of the throttle.

Ok. I guess it has decided to wake up. Lol. I know I could tell a lil difference when I took the tip off the muffler. But it’s a big difference now. I guess after riding it hard. It woke up.
