There was another group coming up...with broken machines, and sandwiched between the 2 groups was a fella in a 4d PooPoo on 37's. It was a CLUSTER. The group coming up was "that group". Loud blaring stereo's, face tattoos, loud exhaust,...

Good thing I was still up at the Sand Cave, getting turned around, watching Crazy Cousin Eddie break another axle! I kinda lost track of everything that broke on it. Two axles (right front, right rear), one hub/bearings (left front)? Not doing anything out of the ordinary, either.

It had a left rear hub/bearings fail a week or two before the trip. He hasn't owned it long; first trip out with it.

Between that and @TripleB's front A-arm on the Pioneer getting stripped out, we got to see both the Cabin and the Sand Caves twice in one day!

Had an absolutely outstanding time this past weekend. The Talon got her maiden voyage under her belt, and we got to put whole bunch of faces to names and also see lots of friends I met @ Coke Oven and TO23. Mrs Scoop was bummed she could not make it, but my good buddy Matt had a great time. I think he's thinking about a Talon to go along with the 1000-6! Thanks to everyone that organized and put this thing together.

I think we spent about $30 at the car wash between SAT night and SUN morning and the Talon STILL needs a good bath to get it clean.

Yes, the leg withstood the pressure washer @ the car wash, too.

Can't believe we were only 45 seconds from getting back to camp on the last day clean and dry before I mad that bad decision ... LOL.
