I don't know what state it's in. It's pretty much halfway between community center and parking spot on bull run side. People up my way just call it the mud holes if that helps lol. We can meet at community center if you want

Totally understand man. I've had to bail several times mostly due to my work. Family cookouts is not something to miss out on. There'll be other rides.

Loaded up here as well. I applied some heat reflecting material to the seat area. Anxious to see how that does. I didn't pack the saw this time lol.

Tore inner rear CV boot. Bearings were dry. Any suggestions/ tricks? I don't have a spare boot/ axle. Repacked with grease and made a homemade slip cover, but not sure if it will hold all day.

You have done pretty much all you can do.

I guess you could pull the axle completely out.

I'm gonna hold off until I get this repaired.
Don't feel like breaking the joint up the mountain and having to deal with that...
I thought about carrying an 1 1/4 socket, etc. to be able to pull the shaft if it snapped on the trail, but not feeling having to deal with that today. Maybe I can get by with just a boot tomorrow from the dealer. No clicking, yet...
