I have installed the warn winch, the accessory panel and fuse box, side mirrors, light bar as well as my dog kennel and tool box. I use mine primarily for hunting and scouting. Here are some pics.

Where did you get the light bar brackets? How much were they if you don't mind me asking?

Pipe, that's the Honda brackets. Honda has the camps for $30. Rest of the brackets come with the light bar package.

Anybody know where to get cheaper component brackets to fit the roll bar? I'm wanting to mount speakers among other things.

Nope. All seem to price at $30 buck or so.

41mm = 1.614"
Closest size is 1 & 5/8" = 1.625" = 41.275mm

Ya. That's what I was going to order. May have to put a high density rubber spacer if it is not as tight as it needs to be. I think 1 5/8 will work.
I just ordered them and saved a few bucks for there cyber Monday sell.

I been reading about the Carling switces on the switch plate thread. Ya, I would have to get replacements also.
