Oh yea, we will have the rock lights and light bars fired up Friday.
I have thought about light bars, can't figure out where to put one, that I wouldn't tear off.

Just picked up a buddy from Memphis who will be bringing his 6 seat Viking and class a motor home. Also another buddy with a 4 seat Rzr

Let me wet your appetite. Ribeye steak cut into long strips, pounded out with meat tenderizer, fresh jalapeño stuffed with garlic clove roll it up with an onion wedge, wrap it in two slices of thick cut bacon, tooth pick it and slow smoke it over hickory for six hours! I've been perfecting this for 15 years. I've done this with venison too.

Lol, I've smoked a turkey, but they take so long to cook that they get too strong of smoke flavor, yep, that can happen. So now I smoke them for four hours and then finish them in the oven in an oven bag. So school me on the spatchcock.

Look up spatchcock method it would take to long to type it out HA, Works great!
Oh, butter flying for roasting or grilling. That's a whole other deal then BBQ'ing

Works great for smoking also, the breast and thigh are done at the same time.

Big time, I left out one step, my wife brined it also. When we stuck the thermometer in and pulled it out juice started squirting out, the was the most moist bird we ever cooked/smoked ever.
