First time over ever done it like that. Much easier than traditionally smoking a turkey. I got lots of compliments on this one. Did it for our church group the week of thanksgiving.

This is turing into some kind of event for sure. Appreachiate the accommodations. I am going to check into get a close by space to park and even put up a canopy etc - never know it could be in the 60's or snowing with our kind of crazy weather.

Not that much anymore, I do enjoy a good cigar and I have a humidor at home. I usually don't have the hour it takes to sit and smoke a good cigar but when I get the opportunity I enjoy it. I have plenty I can bring.

Got my whips mounted up today and connected wiring from whip to whip. Still waiting on the main power supply. It wasn't in the box when they shipped them to me.
