can anyone tell me where this lift come from I’m searching for it

I know i've seen that pic before so i dug around the site a bit. I think that lift was made by a guy named Paul McManus on facebook. I dont do the facebook though so im not sure. Hondasxs club member @scott was sharing Pauls work on here with everybody.

That was Paul’s homemade lift last time I talked to him he didn’t build them anymore
