How did you mount it to ensure it wouldn't scratch up the Pioneer's rack?

How did you mount it to ensure it wouldn't scratch up the Pioneer's rack?

Mounted it with the hardware provided. After mounting/ securing it, there was no movement. I imagine scratching will be minimal.
