Hi fellas, I just bought a new to me 2014 Pioneer 700 with extremely low hours and I wanted to ask you guys which mods I should do first. Please recommend lift kits and tires and such and where to get the best prices. I have never owned a sxs before so I’m new to all of this. I am handy with the tools so I’m gonna do all of the mods myself. Thanks in advance

Do you have roof, windshield, rear window cover, etc? I am new too and been doing lots of reading on here about lifts and tire size. They make cheap lifts and expensive. I ordered 2" spacers for my shock springs. I jumped the gun probably. Should have went with the "Strong made lift"!

From what I've read you can use shocks off of a P1K (pioneer 1000) or a Can Am Commander XT 800 or 1000 to get lift and better ride. In my research I am still confused on this mod. 27" Tires with 5+2 wheels or factory wheels are the ticket.

Welcome!
I believe you have to look at how you plan to ride it and build it around that style of riding.
Mine was brand new and to me protection and recovery was most important to do first. So I upgraded to 6 ply tires, a good full skid plate, a-arm guards and a 5000lb winch. After that I did a windshield, roof and snorkel. Then it was upgrading weak links I found and heard of. I want Portals in the next 3-5 years, so now I'm buying 14x7, 5+2 wheels that are needed for the portals and going with 27" tires for now until I actually get the money saved for the portals. They are fun, addictive and an expensive hobby. lol

Yes. And shock bolt bushings.

What bushing do I use? I picked up 2 shocks off ebay. Had to buy the whole set just to get fronts. I'll keep an eye out for 2 more.
