All 4 of my doors have been rattling since day one, I've tried all the solutions that are on this forum and they work for a little bit but don't completely get rid of the problem. So about 3 weeks ago I came up with the simplest solution.....I took about 2 inches of electrical tape and wrapped it around the door catches, no more rattling! i also wrapped the mounting studs for my bed extender and all i hear now is engine noise.

If that tape ever wears out....

I super glued some rubber speaker shims to my door bushing stops. Works great! No more rattling! Gotta figure out something with the bed latches...

I cut a small chunk of black fuel line and put it over the bar of the bed latch. Taped it on and it works great for bed rattles. Your door hinges likely rattle and there is a thread on how I made new hinge bushings for about 5 bucks. Both fixes can be done in about 20 minutes.

Yeah I checked the hinge bushings after reading about them and they don’t rattle at all...my problem was the rubber stopper wasn’t touching the door and I had it adjusted all the way out. The only noise I have now is the bed latch. I’m working on that next.

Lucky you. I've seen most guys use the rubber hose. I don't know who's idea it was originally but it works great.

Those doors drove me crazy. I used a red dirt bike vent over flow tube. Cut it and ran a small screw down center. It has works along time and it can be adjusted.

Yep, it sure does. Mine doesn’t last long, I’ve had to replace them twice so I keep a few cut to length in the bottom of my glove box, but it just takes a couple minutes to put em on and what a relief from that dang rattling back there.
