Has anyone seen this. It's opening next year. I live 1/8 mile from this place. It use to be a hunting/ATV club.

That is totally cool.
Back in the day I used to haul the family down there to ride with the Pilot Odyssey group.
Camp next to the Potomac river and ride the back side of the state forest lands.
Let the kids ride around in a circle threw camp (what is it about kids not getting the concept of riding NOT in camp?).
Back then, the story I heard was it was coal company land that the local 'hunting' club had a lease on.
I never saw any hunting but I guess calling it a drinking club was a bad idea.

And towing the trailer down the hill in to Kitzmiller is almost as memorable as the riding.
The road drops off Backbone Mountain on something like a 9% grade.

Kids riding around camp.
My son in the foreground turns 26 next month (man am I old).
Preston on impuls at ecj

Pilot / Odyssey ride looking over Jennings Randolph Reservoir.
I'm on the far right (yes we where a little off the reservation)
