Greetings forum members! New guy here just bought a 2023 Pioneer 1000-5 trail. Love the machine so far! Planning on making it street legal. I have added a few accessories. Honda oem glass windshield,Honda oem roof, side mirrors, and the fuse box. I still have the wiper/washer kit to install. Looking forward to seeing all the great info on this site.

Where bouts in the mitten r u from and ride?

I live around metro Detroit and ride around 3 hours north of here near Hale. Once it's street legal it will go on some nice road trips and to putt around locally.

🤔 my cabin is 3 hrs north of me near Gaylord. Use to go through Hale when I went to our old place In Lachine/Alpena.

Have you looked into what it takes to get your rig street legal here yet?
There are a few threads on here about it. Use the search up top to find them. Also, get ready for a lengthy pita and dig deep into your pocket book while your at it.

It sure is beautiful up there. Great trails all over. And yes I know what is required. Except, I am going a different route as far as getting it street legal. And I've already dug deep to get the P1K5, trailer, accessories and who knows what else lol. May as well shell out a little more.😂
