No. The one we use for the second battery is bigger.

Yes, I want to replace the factory battery with an Odyssey.

Odyssey does not offer a battery for the 1000 Pioneer.
Closest I can see on their site is the ODS-AGM16CL
If should fit in the stock location. The problem is the terminals are reversed.
Factory Honda battery, positive terminal is on passenger side, negative on drivers. (in the installed state)
The Odyssey is reversed.
