This probably going to end up being a dumb question, but, I do that sometimes according to the wife.

The Owner‘s Manual is vague, and that’s being generous. There is a switch on the dash, bottom right next to the Courtesy Light switch, which the Owner’s Manual seems to say is an Accessory switch. You can see the back of it from under the hood and it is clearly got a wiring harness connected to it, but there is ZERO about where the wiring harness goes to, how it terminates, etc.

Is there a pig-tail hidden somewhere that this switch powers? Under the hood maybe?

Thanks in advance.

Under the Hood, above the cubby hole on the passanger side. Look for some blue tape.
Untape it and you will find your ends.

The white loop is dead ends. It's not a power nore a ground. It is just a switched-loop line.
You can use it as a positive or negative switched line.

Or, if you plan to install a fuse box, you can use our nifty connector harness we made up.
Hook it to your fuse box and then the line works as a positive and negative as it should of, to begin with.

Thanks for the info.

Kind of strange that the shipping charges (USPS?) are more than the harness itself costs though…….

Thank Mr. Build Back Better for that. Certainly don’t blame the shipper.
