Took the pod for its maiden voyage today.
Almost got me stuck in one mud hole. Had to rock our way through that one.
Wife said a couple of times "that poor little trailer". It took a beatin'!
Everything inside stayed clean and dry though. ;)

The axle on your trailer will be fine as long as you ride in areas like you posted. On not so well maintained trails it will be getting hung up on stumps and rocks, not alot of ground clearance under it. I like the idea of bigger tires, they would give you better ground clearance and better floatation for going across mud holes.
You were right @allgm1 . I almost got stuck in a mud hole pulling it over the weekend.
Bought 12" wheels and tires for it today. Only going to gain about an inch more of clearance.
It'll give me around 10", I'm at 11" on the P5.
