What size did you order in the GS Power mounts (thin ones)?

It was a year ago that I put them on. I think 1.25in. I fit them by mounting upside down with the screws going in from the bottom. Ill try to get a pic tomorrow after work of how I have it set up. I dont luke drilling holes.

I put a 14" bar on mine from Amazon and some bar clamps. I had to fab a bracket to make it work but it worked really well in the end.

The the clamps that are more thin. Are the ones I used on the front and the thicker clamps were ysed on the rear lights. I like the thinner ones better. Use loctute on the threadsView attachment 104941View attachment 104942
I have a set of the thicker mounts that are shown in the second pic, they seem to be of good quality but I haven't found a single place on the 500 tubing where they would fit.

Want to put a 12 or 20 inch Rough Country light bar on front of my P500. I have a stock bumper so mounting options are limited. Anyone done this successfully and if so what mounts did you use? Did a search on forum and browser but very little info out there. Thanks!

I got the 12” Nilight off eBay with harness, switch, and brackets for $50. Had to use two different size rubber inserts (included) to make fit correctly on stock bull bar. Really happy with it.

Because of the wench, I cannot put the light bar there. I am thinking about going to a electrical shop and see what conduit clamps look like.

What size rubber inserts did you use? Was it the Nilight mini mount .75/1/1.25 or the regular 1/1.25/1.75

Used the GS clamps from post #16 on a p520.
Installed a 10.75“ KC light I got from eBay over the winter.
This is why I like this site, it save me a lot of time on how to install the light.

Not sure of the rules for linking everywhere, but search for "GS Power Tube Clamp Bracket", front tube is 1.25" I believe

Yeah, that is what I used as well. The square end (opposite from the mounting location) makes it a tight fit. I ended up unbolting the tubing from the cab frame to give me a little more room to get it positioned and installed. Once installed, I reconnected the tubing to the cab frame.

Could you use those for cube lights?
