Great post Code!!!
I thought about doing this too. Though I wouldn't mind trying it in a safe area... I do know 30 deg in the shop and 30 deg on the side of a mountain, looking down, is a totally different feeling that I'm not sure I want to be a part of. lol.
Another guy installed one of those manual meters. (forgot what it is called) to measure tipping point and marked his "red" zone.
Scott, you've been volunteered to do real world testing and report back in the 700 section. lol.
and I 2nd that Scott needs to measure this out for us. lol just wear a helmet please.

The "meter" is called and inclinometer that measures degrees of ascent, decent, & yaw. And yes being even 15 degree off camber yaw on the side of a mountain will make even the manliest man grow a suction cup between his cheeks and I don't mean the ones on each side of his nose. :p

I've thought about buying one and putting in in the shot from the GOPRO, video doesn't do hills justice.
You'll be about to roll over backwards and it looks almost flat.
I think I need a couple of these! :)

It's called a inclinometer. Here's the one built in my f150.

They also make phone apps for inclinometers or you can purchase a dash mount.

I purchased a Lev O Gage for sailing boats and screwed it to the dash using 3/16 inch stainless steel pan head fasteners with nylock nuts.

Well, installed...and if good for nothing else, riding laughs just because it looks like a P500. Sticky mount not good with the slight curve in dash, screwed on.

We were talking about the P500 tipping on another forum so I did a little test yesterday. I tipped the 500 up (had a safety strap just incase I goofed) and wanted to see if it was easily flopped on its side. I never took it all the way to the tip point, I quit while it was stable and could not easily be pushed over. Here are some photos to give an idea of the tip angles. I got a rough reading of 30 degrees on an angle gauge and then lifted it a little more without it tipping.

Nice test, remember that when you’re in the drivers seat that will change your tipping point a little.

It looks bigger in perspective to the machine dash than I imagined from the initial photo of it. I really like the idea of it though. I also like the graphic on it; definitely looks P500-ish.

Yep, wanted to show it installed. Hard to tell from internet pics. Wipers installed.

Here is a diagram to help folks understand the relationship between more ground clearance say with taller tires and how it affects the tipping angle. My 2018 P5 had a sticker saying the tipping angle is 33.5 degrees. My calculations in the attached diagram indicate the center of gravity is about 38 inches above grade or about 3 inches above the rack. Since most of the mass of the P5 is below the rack, the center of gravity they used is obviously including people and cargo. One can use the diagram and examples to work out their own situation. I was interested in taller tires giving 2 inches of additional clearance. For those not sure about the math, Tan is short for tangent of an angle which is simply the side opposite the angle divided by the adjacent side. Most calculators have this function so it isn’t as scary as it Looks for the math. I also used a rounded 50 inch width so x=25 inches.....it is a bit less than that for the rear tires in reality. One can also use the diagram to calculate the new roll over angle if one does not elect to use a wider stance with spacers or offset wheels.
