Must be over 8 ft bed? If I remember right it needs to be about 8’6” to get ramps out from under the 1000 or ramp mount under the bed.
That’ll be a damn nice setup, be nice to not need trailer for a day ride somewhere else. I like it!

It is an 8'6" long bed 97" wide. The P1K just fits, like everything else in life, 6" more would have been nice :D

REVARC HD 8 ft ramps, rated 2500 lbs got them 4 yrs ago with my P500. From RMATV.COM

That gives me hope. I’m looking at a 10’ set rated at 2,700 lbs. to load my P500 into the bed of my F350. I was really hoping the angle would be reasonable and the weight rating was overkill enough for my liking.

No need to, working 7 miles from home at Eagle Rock Resort and Campground, run by same family as RRB.

@JACKAL I have been contemplating this same type of setup for a few years. A flat bed on the truck is the best thing I have done to my old ranch truck. The slide in camper give a lot of versatility. Just need to get the boss on the board with the extra small quarters!
I will make a point to bring her by in Colorado!

The versatility and storage / transport options is exactly why I went with this setup combination. If I want to bring toys and tools hook up the enclosed trailer. Just want to camp at a non riding area can literally camp anywhere you can park a dually pickup. Camper goes on and off in 5 minutes. Can use flatbed for nearly anything including hauling a P1K without a trailer.

It will be easy to get the boss on board @Tramguage1 , just tell her that there will be less area for her to keep clean.

I had to replace my deep cycle batteries in the camper today. They were both dated 2012 & 2013 so, I figure that’s been a decent run. I was using two Group 31 AGM’s. I used to have them installed in my expedition trailer way before I bought my Truck camper. I decided to go with Interstate Batteries mainly because there’s a big dealer near home. These have a free replacement in three years if they go bad and were $353 each after turning in the old cores. The last two nights here were very warm and the lights, fans and refer were all slowly running poorly. It was time...
