Pioneer 1000-5 shift matrix

Guys I’m looking for help. I have read thread after thread on shifting issues with the pioneer 1000-5s. Wish where was a trouble shooting Matrix for how many issues I have seen and different results.
Current have a 2016 pioneer 1000-5D. It was used with 16,000 miles on it. It seems like it slow shifts as it revs really high in between shifts and once warm will die when coming back to a stop. It also will die if you don’t give it a good amount of gas when starting from a stop. I am not sure about the low oil pressure light but it comes on periodically too and the oil level is fine. So far I have switched shift motor out, replaced the first clutch basket, it was smoked, and have checked a few wires. After replacing the clutch I cannot get the relearn process to take as it errors out every time. There are a few error codes that are still coming up that seem like they are maybe related to the PCM. Was curious if a bad computer or storred errors would stop the clutch learning process from taking? Also wanting to know where to try next? Seems like maybe a solenoid valve or a ground wire I am missing from reading other guys issues?

I have not been into the belly of the beast - but here is what I would recommend doing....

-get a shop manual - read read read
-if you didn't clean the oil sumps and stuff when you replaced the clutch - bad news, must be done - remember your old clutch fibre disc materials are still in there - if Its done - check.
-there are pressure switches, seen posts where they were dirty and needed to be replaced
-seen posts where the o-rings on the input shaft where the clutch goes onto were nicked, etc......back apart - replace o-rings and try again
-did this have the clutch cover plate recall\upgrade done - if you don't know what this is - just search it - your year machine was affected
-may need to put a oil pressure gauge on it and see what the clutch pressure is up to

that low pressure light is an indication of something...

I did clean the solenoid side but I have seen there is a filter that I missed that I will add to the list. As far as I am aware the recall has not been done but it looks like someone had taken some of the clutch area apart before me. According to the service manual I have o believe it says the clutch relearn will not take until the codes in the computer have been removed. I have pulled the following codes as being stored in the computer 16 (my fault), 31, 57,62, and 81. Is there an easy way to erase these codes so that the clutch initialization will take? I will be trying a different battery next since that’s an easier one.
